What are IIC Services?
IIC Services is a government-funded program facilitated by PerformCare designed to help struggling children and adolescents receive short-term clinical intervention. Through PerformCare, your child can receive up to 2 hours of therapy per week to address mental health or behavioral challenges.
How do I know if my child or teen is eligible?

A TeamCare representative will walk you through the process of contacting PerformCare and confirming your eligibility for IIC services.
PerformCare will assign your family with a care manager.
Your care manager through PerformCare will be your family’s advocate in coordinating your services and guiding you toward resources.
Notify your care manager that you would like to receive IIC services.
- Share Teamcare’s contact information with your care manager, and they’ll arrange for your child to receive therapy sessions through Teamcare’s IIC program.
Our experienced clinical team will match your child with a therapist that is best suited to their needs.
Once your child is paired with a therapist, your child will receive regular weekly or bi-weekly sessions tailored to address and support their behavioral or mental health challenges.
